MEET OUR Team
Leanne Bata, MHA
Director of Operations
Leanne received her Bachelor’s degree in General Studies and immediately began her career in medicine at a renowned hormone replacement clinic. After just 15 months as the Patient Care Coordinator, she was promoted to Clinic Manager, and then to Regional Manager of Operations for the Midwest region. During these four years working full time and rising within the company, she went back to school and received her Masters of Healthcare Administration degree. Just as important as her expertise is Leanne’s passion and dedication to this industry. As the Practice Manager and co-owner of Allure Health & Med Spa, she is committed to providing patients with the best experience possible so that they can look and feel their best!
Hilary Muhle, APRN, WHNP-BC
Medical Director
Hilary graduated with her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She is a nationally board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She has multiple certifications in advanced hormone replacement, advanced aesthetic injections, IV therapy administration, PRP treatments and fibroblast plasma skin tightening. Continuing to perfect her skills, Hilary routinely seeks out advanced training & continuing education opportunities to ensure patients receive treatments & results that are at the forefront of the industry.
Hilary provides exceptional care for patients by focusing on individuality and pursuing the goal of optimal health & wellness. She believes that establishing a personal connection with each patient is crucial to forming an effective treatment plan. Her ambition is to provide safe, compassionate, results-driven care.
Michele North
Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Michele North is a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Nurse Midwife. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Methodist College in 2006, Masters of Science in Nursing degree for Midwifery in 2011 at Frontier Nursing University, Post-Master’s Certificate in Women’s Health in 2014 at Frontier Nursing University. Michele completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2018 at Frontier Nursing University. Michele has over 7 years experience in Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy.
Michele provides exceptional care for patients by focusing on holistic individualized plans. She believes in the continuity of care and the importance of focusing on her patients personal goals.
Kelly Guderjan
Master Medical Esthetician
Kelly graduated from Xenon International in 2007 and has over 10 years’ experience in medical esthetics. She has a passion for skin and continues to progress in new certifications and techniques that push the boundaries of Esthetics and offers more variety to her clients. Kelly realizes that everybody’s skin is unique and strives to address and improve each client’s skin based on their individual concerns while providing a relaxing atmosphere. Her goal is to have you leave with your skin rejuvenated and your mind at ease.
Sarah Rangel
Clinic Coordinator
Sarah was a Student-Athlete at Bellevue University, where she studied Human Relations. With twenty plus years of experience in sales and customer service, she has developed the ability to be extremely time efficient and organized. Sarah looks forward to using these skills to create a calming and enjoyable experience for all clients during their treatment times at Allure.
