The current health crisis surrounding COVD-19 has everyone on edge and questioning what we once believed to be normal. We want you to know that the health and safety of you and our staff are our top priority at Allure. We are committed to your health and well-being and will communicate with you regularly as the situation in our community and nation develops. The length of these temporary procedure changes is dependent upon government guidance.
As of June 1st, per the Department of Health & Human Services, we will be able to resume all Med Spa and Day Spa Treatments. Patients will still be required to wear a mask into and out of our facility and in all common, public areas. The mask will be removed only for the duration of treatment and will be reapplied once treatment is completed. Your providers and Allure staff will continue to wear masks for the duration of every treatment. Our previous COVID protocols have been updated and are listed below.
Our standard no-show and 24-hour cancellation policies are in effect which require at least 24 hour notice of rescheduling or cancellation in order to avoid a rescheduling/ cancellation fee. If you reschedule or cancel prior to 24 hours, no fee will be assessed.
COVID PROTOCOLS as of 9/1/2020:
In order to accommodate for the constant schedule changes related to COVID-19 we ask that patients call as soon as possible to report symptoms or concerns and to address rescheduling. If you arrive for an appointment and are symptomatic, we reserve the right to assess the situation and reschedule that service/treatment. We appreciate your understanding & cooperation!
1.You will be screened via phone PRIOR to your appointment. If you have symptoms or concerns and need to reschedule your appointment we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. If you are deemed high risk during screening, we will assist you in rescheduling your appointment.
Travelers: *If you have traveled internationally the CDC guideline continues to be a 14 day post-
travel self-quarantine. Please plan/reschedule your appointments accordingly.
*If you have traveled to a "hot spot" for COVID infection numbers per the CDC found here, we require a time frame of 14 days before you are seen in our clinic.
*If you have traveled anywhere through an airport we require a time frame of 14 days
before you are seen in our clinic.
2. If you have a mask or face covering made following the current guidelines- please wear this face covering to your appointment. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one but supplies are limited and we are doing all we can to conserve. So if you have one, please wear it. The mask will remain on in all public, common areas in the building and clinic per the Omaha city ordinance. You will be prompted to remove the mask when appropriate by your provider.
3. We ask that you remain in your vehicle in the parking lot prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please call when you arrive at our parking lot and we will call you when a room is ready for you. This is also to avoid several people at the front desk at one time for social distancing purposes.
a.) Please leave unnecessary personal items in your car as possible, within safe reason,
including large coats, extra bags, etc.
4. We ask that no additional people/children attend your appointment with you. The goal is to prevent contact in our common spaces, mainly the waiting area and hallways.
