DiamondGlow FAQ’s
How often is a DiamondGlow® treatment recommended?
You may receive a DiamondGlow® treatment every two weeks, or as your provider suggests, based on your skin concerns.
If you are receiving injectable (ie; Botox, Dysport, Fillers, etc.) or laser treatments you may be asked to schedule your DiamondGlow® around those treatments based on specific protocols in place. Please call to discuss scheduling requirements in these situations.
There is no downtime with a DiamondGlow®. In fact, you are going to leave feeling sparkling clean with a hydrated glow! You can continue use of most of your skin care products and makeup.
Is DiamondGlow® safe for all skin types?
The treatment is not for everyone. You should not have a DiamondGlow® treatment if you have compromised skin quality.
How do I prepare for treatment?
Retinoids or any other exfoliating products should be discontinued at least three days before your treatment. Stay out of the sun. The day of, come in with a clean face, no makeup (or your provider will remove your makeup).
Avoiding chemical exfoliants, facial scrubs and prolonged sun exposure is recommended for 72 hours post-DiamondGlow®.
What should I tell my provider before treatment?
If you have had a chemical peel, laser treatment or other aggressive skin treatment in the 7-10 days before your treatment.
If you are taking an antibiotic or other medication that makes your skin more sensitive.
